Catfish catches a giant, mutated fish!

This is a piece that I did of a man that I used to work with. His name is Catfish. He is quite the character. I can tell you for sure that he is one of a kind. Catfish loves to fish. He likes to go fishing in the Susquehanna River, so I thought I would have him fishing near Three Mile Island. Catfish was lucky enough to catch a mutated fish, or maybe it should be that the mutated fish is going to catch Catfish.
